

The Beginning
Jasmine’s yoga journey began more than 10 years ago, starting as a personal practice that supported a deeper connection to herself and her potential. Over time, her dedication to yoga deepened, inspiring her to pursue teacher training and turn her passion into a meaningful way to serve others.
Jasmine's Approach
As an instructor, Jasmine is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel empowered to explore their connection to yoga. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to integrate movement and stillness with the breath, guiding students to carry the lessons of yoga into all aspects of life—on purpose, with purpose.


Experience & Trainings
Jasmine is deeply committed to ongoing growth, both in her own practice and in her ability to support her students. She earned her 200-hour teacher training certification in 2020 and is a Registered Yoga Instructor with over 700 hours of teaching experience.
Through continuing education she has received certifications in Yoga Philosophy, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Anatomy, as well as specialized courses in manual adjustments, inversions, trauma-informed cueing, and creative sequencing.
