Group classes offered to businesses in the Waterloo Region

Jasmine’s corporate yoga classes are offered in person or online according to your company’s needs and schedule. Choose from a slow paced, restorative practice, or an energizing balanced flow. Sessions can range from 30-60 minutes and can be scheduled once or weekly/monthly for ongoing support.
